NEW CUSTOMER:

Store2K is a New India Bazar Company.

Register in our website or Login using your Facebook / Google / Yahoo / Amazon / Twitter / LinkedIn login credentials so that you can shop at comfort every time you visit our site.

IF WE MISS(any products in our website that you usually purchase):

Please email at support@store2k.com with the list of missing products. We would work on adding those as soon as possible.

ONCE ORDER IS PLACED:

12.00 PM PST is the cut off time for the same day delivery which is between 3 pm to 10 pm.
Orders placed after 12.00 PM PST will get delivered on next day window of 3 pm to 10 pm. 

Sit and relax your order will delivered to your door step.

Modify the order: We don't have the option to modify a confirmed order.

Add Products: If you would like to add some more products to your confirmed order, please place a new order with ONLY the additional products that are needed. You may be charged for delivery if the total is lesser than $39, but no problem. Relax and we would refund you the delivery charges if it is your second / third order of the same day delivery window.

Satisfaction: When you get the delivery, please make sure all products are of your satisfaction. If not, relax and email us at support@store2k.com. We will work on getting that taken care with in 24 to 48 hours.

Receipt: After the delivery, your final RECEIPT of the order will be emailed to you.

For OUT OF STOCK / UNDELIVERED / DAMAGED / SPOILED Items:
At the time of delivery, please verify the list of items delivered and non delivered. The PACKING and DELIVERY LIST should have notation(marked) for some out of stock items as RT. Those RT items will be automatically refunded to your credit card with in 24 hours of the delivery. Also, you would get an updated/final receipt copy in your email.

For any MISSING or NON DELIVERED items other than those marked as RT, email us within 24 hours of delivery with the order number and list of items missing.  Our team will work on verifying the same and process the necessary refunds ASAP.

For any DAMAGED or SPOILED items send us mail with photo attachment of an item before you trash because it help us for refunds and investigate with vendor.
 
Note: We are not able to refund if any complaints received after the 24 hours of delivery.


Refunds: For REFUNDS, please allow 3 to 5 business days to show up in your credit card or bank statement. Sometimes, the bank takes additional business days to process refunds.
If you call / email us within 24 hours of delivery then the refund amount will get adjusted in the initial amount of your order. So, there may not be a separate refund amount posted in your credit card or bank statement.
If you call/email us after 24 hours of delivery then the refund amount will get refunded as an exact amount and may appear as separate refund amount in your credit card or bank statement.

RE-DELIVERY:

You must provide gate code along with your order otherwise our delivery person will call you after reached your apartment / home  if no one picked up call delivery person will wait for 5 minutes otherwise they  take back your stuff.If you need re-delivery on next day delivery charges $10 may apply.
